Guidelines for your presentation

For practical reasons, these must reach us before the meeting, no later than at midnight.

1. Prepare your files:

   Please download and use our PowerPoint templates in 16:9 HD format (wide, 1920 × 1080 pixels) with the templates below:

   • For Speakers:

     Your presentation must be sent before June 2nd, 2026:

     • 20 min slot: 16 min presentation (20 slides max.) + 4 min questions

   • For Participants:

     Significant time is devoted to discussion, particularly regarding your clinical cases on Friday afternoon, in a friendly atmosphere.

     • Each participant is invited to present one or two clinical cases of 5 minutes each during this session.

2. Send us your files:

   Use the transfer link below to send the following two formats to contact@chirurgiedermato.org:

   • PDF
   • ODP or PPTX

   Any other format will be strictly refused (including Apple Keynote) as well as on-site transfers, please plan ahead!
